You can record, release, and monetize your song as long as you follow the terms of lease you choose (like the streaming limits or whether you get track outs), which you agree to when purchasing the beat. Leased beats are more affordable and perfect for artists who are building their catalog, testing ideas, or releasing music consistently.
Exclusive Rights
Exclusive Rights mean you become the only artist allowed to use the beat from the moment you purchased it. Once sold exclusively, the beat is removed from my store and no one else can lease or buy it again. You get full freedom to release, monetize, and use the song without restrictions, and you typically receive the full tracked-out files.In Short

Wav Files: When you Purchase a Wav File (Wav Lease), you’ll receive a high- quality uncompressed file(s). Perfect for recording, mixing, and mastering. If you want your song to sound professional and clean, WAV is the way to go.
Track outs: When you Purchase an Exclusive Beat, you’ll receive the Mp3 and the Wav File version along with the individual stems of the beat- like the drums, melody, and effects separated into their own files. Instead of just the full beat, you get each element on its own.
